	DORINA BADEA, is FCCA member and joined BPP in 2007 as Senior Training Consultant, working closely with BPP clients to develop effective training strategies that would add value to their business. Since 2010 Dorina took over the role of Managing Director of BPP Romania, continuing to successfully develop and deliver training programmes for both international qualifications as well as for open and tailored courses covering areas such as Financial management, Management accounting and Performance management, measurementand control. Due to her more than 20 years of professional experience in multinational companies, , Dorina is in the best position to understand the financial and business climate in Romania thus being able to provide relevant recommendations regarding the suitable training programs from BPP’s portfolio and adapting them according to the industry, needs and requirements of BPP’s business partners. 	ADRIANA LOBDA, graduated FCCA as she was working for one of the BIG4 companies in Romania as Auditing Director and then she promoted to a position of Partner in another company from the BIG4. She has over 17 years of financial audit experience and so she specialises in auditing and financial reporting (IFRS and US GAAP) in various industries and types of business. 	NICOLETA VINTILA,PhD, Associate Professor, started her academic career in 1998 and since then she has been a member of the Department of Finance, ASE. She has been teaching a variety of courses, covering areas as: Taxation, Corporate Finance, Financial Management and Capital budgeting. Besides her academic and research activity, Nicoleta has been successfully delivered training programmes for professional associations or multinational companies and she also has been a key expert in some national or multinational consultancy projects related to Taxation and Fiscal Policies or Cost-Benefit Analysis for public investments. 	ANAMARIA CHIRITA, ACCA, Anamaria graduated ACCA in 2015. She is an enthusiastic professional and she has joined the BPP team with a background of 8 years’ experience in finance, specializing over the years in accounting, reporting, transfer and improvement of finance processes in various industries. Moreover, she is PMP certified and is also a CFA student, successfully completing level I. Anamaria delivers training programs on management accounting and financial management, including IFRS and financial analysis areas. Contact at tutor@bpp.ro.

	ELIZA SPATARU, FCCA, gradutate the Academy of Economic Studies and she began her carrer in PWC where she accumulated 6 years of experience in audit and financial consulting projects in Romania and Cyprus. She is an ACCA member. Eliza has extensive experience in banking and real estate. She completed level I and II from CFA . 	BOGDAN ILIE, FCCA, is a proactive and business-minded person, with extensive finance, administration and accounting experience in diverse industries. Proven ability to improve operations, impact business growth through achievements in finance management, cost reductions, internal controls and efficiency improvements. The professional experience gained by Bogdan as an audit manager for BDO and finance director for Intesa Sanpaolo or TBI Leasing has specialised Bogdan in delivering successful training programmes on IFRS, controlling, financial analysis, audit and some area related to banking industry. 	DAN TINCU, FCCA, CFA, is joining BPP Team with a solid background in financial and business analysis with strong emphasis on controlling, budgeting and reporting. Initial roles included three years as a tax inspector for the Ministry of Finance in Romania and a short one year assignment as Reporting Coordinator for UPC – Liberty Global Media. He continued with Philip Morris where he was responsible for Budgeting, Reporting and then Strategic Planning and Business Development. After Philip Morris, Dan worked for two years with Provident Financial, where he served as Management Information Manager, and then WNS Global Services, as a Country Financial Controller, in charge with expansion in different new territories, opening a new center in Gdansk, Poland. 	PAUL DIXON, is a practising business consultant / trainer and a Chartered Marketer with more than 20 years relevant experience in business strategies development. Paul work as a freelance consultant and trainer, specialising in business strategy, marketing strategy and various aspects of operational marketing. His specialist subject area is business strategy and a number of strategy-based marketing subjects. Paul has an expert-level understanding of the subjects that he teaches and keep up-to-date with reading and research as well as working in businesses on an on-going basis. He uses an inclusive and interactive approach which encourages participation. He has been teaching strategy-related modules for professional qualifications subjects on a continuous basis since September 2000, during which time he has successfully provided both in-company and public courses for a number of organisations. 	ILIYA GROZDANOV, Iliya is a full-time attorney-at-law admitted for practice to the Bulgarian Bar. Prior to his return to Bulgarian in 2007, he has worked in Massachusetts and London. From 2007 until April 2009, Iliya has worked with the legal department of Ernst & Young. At present, he is a partner in Dinova Rusev & Partners Law office - Sofia. Iliya holds a Magister Juris degree from Oxford University where he specialized in corporate finance, International Financial and European law. He also holds Legal English diploma from the University of California San Diego, a Master’s degree in law with honors from Sofia University and a certificate in US Business law. Iliya is one of the prominent legal experts in the field of energy and environmental issues in Bulgaria and has extensive experience advising international clients in some of the most interesting transactions for the past years. 	PAVEL HRIVNAK, is an ACCA member, teaching for exam and non-exam courses specialising in IFRS, management accounting and performance management. Preparing and designing courses for professional, managerial and personal development. Prevoius he had workd for KPMG and Deloitte and starting with 2010 he is a trainer for BPP.
